This blond lady's name is Shayna Taylor and you see she is in a bikini, and has a pretty decent body. What you might not know is that she was on a yacht partying it up with Mr. Ryan Seacrest. I suppose that Shayna here is his "wanna be" Julianne Hough.  Sorry Ryan but this is an epic fail. Surely your a talented man and brought the world the Kardashian's and have taken over for Dick Clark but man when it comes to the ladies you fail miserably.
