I don't think I have to
continue to remind just how amazing the PR department is at Water 138, and they just proved it again here with these pictures of
Chelsea. She looks absolutely incredible in her mix matched bikini, (the bumble bee colors). I have no clue who Chelsea is but than again as I stare at the sexy ass of hers does it really matter. I just love a lady that is brave enough (paid or not) to wear a thong with a smile on the beach.
