You can clearly see that the lovely Jill Wagner was having trouble with her bikini top while at the beach this past week. It's a damn shame the top didn't fall off, we would of got a pretty good show. It was almost epic people, the lady from the hit show "Wipeout" almost had a wipeout. The only thing here I know is that she looks pretty damn scrumptious for being 35 years old and wearing a two piece.
