Last Poll

So last week's poll was put up to get a better idea of what the readers are wanting to see for music here on the blog site.

The question:

What genre of music would you like to hear more of here?


The results were as follows:

Classical - 2
Pop - 4
Blues - 3
Country - 6
Hip Hop - 4
Jazz - 1
Reggae - 3
Rock - 8
Folk - 0
Rap - 1

Clearly rock won out, with country being a close second.
I see no one wants any Folk music, which suits me just fine.


A little later on I'll pose this question again, that way any new readers get a chance to vote as well. But for the time being the majority of the music that will be posted will be rock. Some country, and a little of everything else.

Weekly Poll

Last week the question was about who your favorite recording artist was. Many "worthy" artists were not in that list. However the list was specifically borrowed from another source. I might revisit that question again at a later date using artists that I choose are worthy of being in the list.

The winner of that poll ultimately was Michael Jackson. Which really didn't surprise me.

Congratulations

   Eminem good job on reaching the one millionth digital sales mark on your latest album. The first person to ever achieve this feat. There is no doubt that others will join you soon, so enjoy it while it lasts you white piece of trash. I guess you can finally for once say you have made it in the digital world of music. And just think all you had to do was get off the drugs and make an album that people actually liked.

   Make sure that you keep Dre on your side or you'll be another weak ass Snopp Dogg still trying to find yourself after 10 albums. Just remember loose Dre and ya loose yourself ya faggot.

   With weak record sales over the last few years, the digital scene has become, "the way" to sell music. I personally do not see music stores lasting another 10 years.
