Y'all know Lilly right? She is one of the stars on the "The Shah's of Sunset", that reality show were every single lady is just drop dead gorgeous. Well here she is arriving at New York Live the other day and as you can see she clearly didn't let her fans down. Oh and for the record it shouldn't matter if she has had a ton of plastic surgery or not should it? The outfit she chose to wear is pretty sweet, a nice "pleather" skirt and top that clearly shows off her curves.
