I am not even going to try and lie here but its very hard for me to picture the lovely Chantel messing around with the Bieb's . Lets be honest folks she normally doesn't date white dudes. Maybe she was always secretly a Justin Bieber fan and finally got her chance, who knows. She probably wasn't going to many places in life with her other men, she knows Justin is world wide. She probably figures he can really help her get her career going. Anyways, she has been spotted with him for most of this week. She was with him in his rented Lambo when he was pulled over and falsely arrested. After making bail the two of them left with some other people and headed off to Panama to take over the beaches.
