I suppose we should all feel sorry for Mr. Bieber here. He kicked off his world tour the other night in Arizona and well
threw up on stage a couple times. He was so sick he even had to run to the back. This picture was taken later and posted via
twitter so that all his fans could see he was still alive. Oh no you mean even a singer has to work when sick?
