Julie is ready for Halloween

I suppose Julie would look awesome in this outfit if she was going to a Halloween party. The truth of the matter is she looks like a cracked out Dana Carvey back in the "Waynes World" days with a dress on. You know at the very least you could of done your hair before you stepped outside.
