Here is Kylie Jenner (who is only 17 for the record) at some event a few days ago. You know, its really a damn shame that Kylie feels the need to dress this way. This young lady is showing off way to much cleavage for only being 17. Kylie, you can be BIG all on your own, you don't need to try to look like big sister KIM to be famous. You were a 100 times sexier than your older sister already.
