Sarah And Her Massive Cleavage

I am not exactly sure I have ever seen Sarah before but holy shit what an entrance she has made. She showed up to the, "Street Child 5th Anniversary" in London yesterday and man-oh-man look at that dress she wore. Talk about being half naked right? Decked out in a black lace floor-length dress she looked absolutely amazing, oh and so did her massive cleavage.
