We have watched Taylor grow and go through life as a celebrity for the last 10 years or so and she never seems to fail. Here she is showing off her awards at last nights Billboard Awards and looking amazing. It doesn't surprise me that she continues to get sexier as she gets older. At the young ripe age of 23 Taylor has it "going on". One of the BEST dressed of the night. Oh and in case you didn't already know, she owned the show last night yet again.
