Ladies Of The 2013 Billboard Music Awards

The ladies last night came out strong and were not playing. Everyone from Ke$ha to Celine to Miley to Nicki pulled out all the stops with their outfits. We even saw Z-lala continue her Lady Gaga look alike ways. They showed off their curves, their side boobs and more.  Its hard to judge which lady was the hottest.
