Last week was Maxim's top 100 party and well look who showed up, none other than April Rose herself. Oh yeah and she brought those massive breasts of hers along, I guess it would be hard to leave those at home. About her attire for the evening, well you can judge for yourself. Kind of looks like she was dressed as an r-rated "little bo-pee" or something. Anyways, forget about that outfit lets talk about just how nice those breasts of hers are.
