Three Ducks In A Pond

Three ducks are caught trespassing in a pond by the duck police. The 3 ducks are taken to court and all put on the stand to be put on trial. The judge says to the first duck " please explain what you were doing trespassing in the pond you know you have no place being there", the duck replies "nothing your honor i was just blowing bubbles". The judge dismisses the first duck and puts the second on trial. The second duck too replies " i was just blowing bubbles". The judge then proceeds to bring the third duck to the stand at which point he says "let me guess you too were just blowing bubbles". The third duck grins and says "no your honor.... I am bubbles".
