I have no idea who this lady is other than her name is Lucy Mecklenburgh and she is FINE as fuck. Oh yeah, she is on that reality show TOWIE also with all those other UK hotties.... Its hard to focus on the fact that she's at her own book release party (she released a new fitness book) with the way she is dressed. Call me weird but doesn't Lucy kind of resemble Katy Perry just a little bit, well Lucy does have a much nicer ass.
