R I P Ultimate Warrior

Its really a shame to have to write this post and as a huge Wrestling fan it saddens my heart. After 18 years away from the business and pretty much ruining the name of the Ultimate Warrior the WWE finally inducted him into wrestling hall of fame this last Saturday. It was pretty difficult watching him talk and just seeing the hatred in his voice for what had happened in the past. Next to Hogan, the Ultimate Warrior was clearly one of the BIGGEST icons of his time and his ring entrance to this day is like none other. I highly doubt that the energy of this man or the craziness will ever be seen again from another wrestler. And sure a ton of controversy surrounded his career with all the steroid allegations and such, but he was still and always will be an iconic figure. It was amazing that his family, (wife and kids) got to see him be inducted. He came on Monday Night Raw and folks honestly he just didn't look good at all. Even as he tried to do his "rope shake" at the end of his speech you could see something just wasn't right. Mr. Warrior you will truly be missed, and not only by your wife, kids, family and friends but also by the millions of fans that you attained over the course of your career. Thank you for the memories.
