By now I am sure you all have seen the Instagram picture that Kim posted of herself a few days ago right? Well here she is a few days later arriving to Barney's New York In L.A. (ya know the place where all the rich people shop) and fellas something just doesn't look right about her. Not sure if its all the money she has spent on plastic surgeries and facials lately or if being pregnant just did something to her.
