I will go on record to say this: Miley sure looked fucking HOT last night at the Billboard Awards. Well from the neck down she did, I am sorry but that "horse" face of hers still has got to go. Her outfit or lack of outfit was just nicely put together. We knew she wouldn't be wearing a bra, I am pretty sure she gave those up months ago. If nothing else she brought a little excitement to a very boring show.
