 Julianne Hough arrived to the "Casamigo's Tequila Halloween Party" last Friday night and to be honest here I am not exactly sure what she is dressed as. I will say she does look a little like Paris Hilton did back in the late 90's. You could of at least put a slight bit of thought into your costume Julianne.

The story goes like this, Last week Julianne Hough brought the house down during her DWTS performance and afterwards as she was off on her way to an after party she let her nipples hang out. OK, that is not exactly correct, but we still got to see the blond bombshell's nipples as she walked to the after party. I highly doubt it was intentional, Julianne just doesn't come off like that. I mean just look at the facts, she is the one that was with that Ryan Seacrest dude back a few years ago remember?

Sure he has waaaay more money than her but he also looks a ton more feminine than she does.
