At first glance I thought maybe she was trying to hide something by wearing said dress but than I looked a tad closer and well the chest part of the dress is practically cut all the way out and its awesome. Its sad but true folks when you are famous you can't even go shopping without people wanting to take ya pictures. At least Emmanuelle was dressed and ready for her day of shopping out in Beverly Hills. I bet whatever it is that is in the bag she is carrying cost a pretty penny.
