Its pretty damn clear why Kylie was covering her face while out and about a couple weeks ago. Girl, how in the world could you forget to put panties on before you leave the house. Those pants are pretty damn tight and the "camel toe" is just off the charts. Oh, one fun fact about Kylie, she actually pays for everything herself. Her mean ass pimp of a mother cut her off a few years ago and considering she is only 17 that would mean her mom cut her off when she was like 14. What a BITCH!
