It should be pretty damn obvious who had not only the
BEST party this year for Halloween but also the BEST costume. I just love Halloween and this time of the year. If you have been following
Heidi for awhile now you already know that she has some of the most realistic and unique costumes ever. Just imagine the time she spent thinking this up and than
how long it took to sit and have it done. The mother of 4 truly brings out the meaning of Halloween every year (well at least MY meaning).
