Nicola Looks Very Serious

Last week in New York they had a special screening for "Affluenza" and of course Nicola Peltza was there. I am not exactly sure what it is that she wearing, (pretty much looks a mess) but in some way she kind of rocked it. I do love the open toed heels that she wore, in my eyes that was the best part of the outfit. Please remember folks Nicola is still a teenager, at the ripe age of 19 she is looking damn good.
