The fact is that her name is Emily Livingston and she is 31 years old, remember people Jeff is 61. They were seen in Maui on a romantic vacation after he proposed to her and she said yes. I will say Emily looks pretty amazing in a bikini, especially her back side. I am sure that is why Jeff not only fell in love with her but also wants to marry her. On the other hand I bet she saw dollar signs, to each their own. At least Jeff is wealthy and can afford a ton of Viagra, he is going to need it.
