At first sight of this picture I actually thought that lady was Lindsay Lohan but I was wrong its none other than
Lady Gaga. Seems that she was channeling Lindsay while taking her dog for a walk the other day. Who in the world takes their dog for a walk
with no pants on and 6 inch stilettos? Truth be told that dog sure didn't look all that pleased that it was being taken for a walk.
