What Is Hilary Wearing

A couple days ago Hilary Duff was spotted out and about while wearing this outfit. She looks like a cross between a Brady Kid from the 70's and Mr. T's wife. All the jewelry and the bell bottom pants can go, not sure why those are even making a comeback. Through it all though there is no denying the sexiness of Hilary.. Seems that every year she ages she gets even hotter. You really can't be mad at her for that, some people just have it that good.
