So this is the way Katy Perry showed up a few days ago to Jimmy Kimmel Live huih? Hey, at least her hair matched her top, (whatever that is that is over the top half of her dress) so we can't really criticize her there. These pictures are hilarious, Katy looks like a muppet that didn't make the cut. I guess even when not making a music video she forgets and still plays the part.
