Victoria Partied For 21st Birthday

Turns out that Victoria Justice has finally turned 21 and actually found the time to celebrate it. She partied hard with a ton of friends this past Saturday night in West Hollywood. I bet Bootsy Bellows was "poppin" all night long after Victoria walked in the door. I love the dress she wore, didn't reveal to much yet showed off them sexy legs of hers. Now that she is finally 21 you can understand why she is all smiles.
