Who Is This Kader Lady

 I hate to say this but folks I have no clue who this Kader lady is, and sure I could do research but I am too busy looking at a couple things right now. This lady has got to have some of the biggest breasts I have seen in a long time, either that or she wears one hell of a padded bra. This lady has so much "thickness" on her its amazing.
