Jessica was caught prancing the carpet for the premiere for Justin Bieber's new movie that is coming out soon. The young singer looked pretty good in that tight red rubbery looking dress she has on with her black heels. Talk about a "young lady" having some curves. I highly doubt this movie will be any good but I can tell ya that about a zillion teeny boppers will be making their parents take them to see it.
