You Can Do Better Rachel

It absolutely boggles my mind how a pretty lady like Rachel could go to an event wearing such a rachet looking outfit. Sure it is colorful and shows her belly off a little but come on now. Believe it or not Rachel wore this outfit to the "People's Choice Awards Nominees Announcement". To each their own I suppose.
