Kim And Kanye Out

So a certain magazine got this picture and the headline read" Kim and Kanye Wear Same Outfit", I want to know how they figure that out. Sure they each have a white shirt on and blue jeans but just doesn't even look close the same outfit. Kanye has sneakers on and Kim heels. Kim's jeans are ripped, Kanye's look brand new. The coats they are wearing are not even close to the same. Maybe its because they each have pants, shirt and jacket on so its classified as the same?
