Katy Perry At The EMA's

Even though she fully covered up the puppies Katy was one of the hottest ladies at the MTV EMA's over the weekend. The dress was pretty nice, tight and showed off her curves nicely. I love how she paired with them open toed heels. For the record, this was just the outfit she wore on the carpet for her performance she was back to her "normal" Katy self and it was awesome.
