 Who is the hot lady dressed to party and walking with smiley balloons? Its Jessica Hart people and Id hire her in a minute to be the star attraction of my party any day of the week. As you have probably heard by now she completely dissed Taylor Swift for showing up at the Victoria's Secret's Fashion Show last week and it was pretty funny. I suppose after having a couple days to think about what she actually said Jessica retracted and tried to make good of her statement. Hey, why burn ya bridges 100 percent if you really don't have to right?
