Here is Mandy Moore at some Polo event a few days ago in Los Angeles. Haven't seen her in awhile and sorry folks she just doesn't impress me anymore. The dress she has on is decent, shows thigh but girl them shoes have got to go. Who in the world wears sandals with dresses anymore?
