I understand that Fran is 56 years old but what in the fuck happened to her. Girl when you go for a walk in public at least put a fucking bra on. The outfit you are wearing is absolutely unacceptable. Its a hard decision to make, what is worse, that outfit she is wearing or her voice. I will let you all decide for yourself.
