Rumer In A Bikini

Rumer stepped out for the Grand Opening of Marquee Dayclub wearing well somewhat of a bikini. I suppose when your rich and or famous you can wear anything ya like to an event. She isn't looking all that bad, but that outfit she has on is whack. Kind of seems like she traveled from ancient Rome.
