Yes people that is Katy Perry wearing spandex while taking a walk with a friend. I will say it again, this lady can do no wrong. There is not ONE outfit that she doesn't look hot it. Hopefully for her younger fans that isn't alcohol in her hand she is drinking. That awesome body of hers and that huge smile she is looking even better since dumping that John dude.
