Kelly just not feeling it.

 Not sure what Kelly was thinking when she went out shopping in this outfit. I suppose she had a long night and just wasn't feeling herself that next morning or something. Come on Kelly we all know you can do better than this. For the record it is a damn shame that on her worst day she looks better than 95% of the ladies in Hollywood on their best day.
